Surfer, former chef and the one cutting and grinding every gem in the workshop. She dreams up each collection and tells the Surf Gems story.
Jennifer | General Manager (aka GemMama)
When the whole online shop fit in a 10-inch box, Abby left on a surf trip and asked her mom to help with shipping. She never left, and today she runs fulfillment, Gemssembly and our market program.
Sophie | Market Lead (aka GemShine)
The friendly face of Surf Gems at markets and pop-ups. She ran her own handmade swimwear brand before joining us.
Nathan | Production Assistant (aka GemNation)
Cuts, grinds and drills alongside Abby, bringing calm focus to the workshop. He's also a touring musician.
Kristen | Silversmith (aka GemSmith)
Our in-house silversmith and the talent behind Surf Gems rings.
Nico | Systems & Process Lead (aka GemTechNico)
Abby's husband and a manufacturing engineer who keeps our machines running and our systems organized.
Steve | Workshop Support (aka GemPapa)
Abby's dad and a retired engineer. Our home studio lives in his old converted darkroom, and he makes a famous staff lunch.
