Free US shipping on orders $125+

Every order is packed by hand in our studio and ships within 1-3 business days. You'll get a tracking number as soon as it's on its way.

US shipping (delivery time once your order ships)
Standard (USPS Ground Advantage, 2-5 business days): $6.75, free on orders $125+
Express (USPS Priority Mail, 1-3 business days): $12.75

Local pickup
Free in Los Osos, CA. Choose it at checkout.

International shipping
$18 to Canada, $22 to the EU, and $24 to Australia and New Zealand. Free shipping is for US orders only. Most international orders arrive 1-3 weeks after they ship, and tracking varies by country. Your country may charge import taxes, VAT or a handling fee on delivery. These aren't included at checkout. For most earring orders to Canada, Australia and New Zealand, it's small or nothing. In the EU, expect to pay VAT.

Lost or delayed package?
If your tracking hasn't moved in 7 days, email us at studio@surfgems.com and we'll help track it down and file a claim with the carrier. Once a package shows as delivered, we aren't able to replace it, but we'll always do our best to help.
