Ordering & Payments
- All prices are listed in USD.
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped via the selected shipping method. See our Shipping Policy for details.
- Payments are securely processed through Shopify’s platform. We do not store your credit card information.
Returns & Refunds
- Due to the handcrafted, one-of-a-kind nature of our jewelry, all sales are final.
- If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to help.

Shipping & Lost Packages
- Free shipping is available on orders over $200.
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number. Surf Gems is not responsible for lost or delayed packages, but if an issue arises, contact us, and we’ll do our best to help.

All designs, images, and content on this site belong to Surf Gems. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our materials without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
