Ordering & Payments
- Prices are set in USD. International shoppers see them converted to their local currency.
- Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days via the selected shipping method. See our Shipping Policy for details.
- Payments are securely processed through Shopify's platform. We do not store your credit card information.
Returns & Refunds
- Every pair is handmade in small batches, so no two are exactly alike. Because of this, all sales are final.
- If your order arrives damaged or there's a mistake, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll make it right.

Shipping & Lost Packages
- Free shipping is available on US orders over $125.
- Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number. Surf Gems is not responsible for lost or delayed packages, but if an issue arises, contact us, and we'll do our best to help.

All designs, images, and content on this site belong to Surf Gems. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our materials without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
