Each piece of Surf Gems jewelry is one-of-a-kind and thoughtfully crafted. Because of this, all sales are final. However, I want you to love your jewelry—if there's an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery, and I’ll do my best to find a solution.

If your jewelry arrives damaged or there’s a mistake with your order, please contact me at abby@surfgems.com with your order number and a photo, and I will make it right.
